I can help answer questions around legal issues associated with business transactions and business relationships. I am also knowledgeable about franchising restaurants. I have been mentoring for nine years. I am most proud of helping one of my clients develop an infrastructure for their business and establish guidelines for a capital raise. I am a practicing attorney (Harvard Law School, Phi Beta Kappa), and I have held membership on the boards of directors of public companies. I am currently president of the Admiral's Cove Property Owners Association. My mentoring style is congenial and patient.
